Teresa Liepman, President & CEO of Teresa Sold It, has been in the real estate business for over 17 years and has sold well over 1000 homes. With over a decade of experience, she has been able to offer a wide variety of services to her clients above and beyond other agents. Her experience in business and frequent participation in additional Workshops, Seminars and Training programs, allow her to stay on top of industry trends and strategies. She is a licensed Broker in the states of Texas and Arkansas, a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and is seasoned in Relocation procedures.  After building an award winning real estate team, the top producing real estate team in her area, Teresa opened her own brokerage under the brand Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2018.

Located in the most Northeastern part of Texas, Teresa enjoys welcoming people to the Texarkana area and makes sure to service the surrounding counties: Bowie, Miller, Cass and Little River Counties and occasionally farther. In partnership with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, the most relevant brand in Real Estate, Teresa is able to offer exclusive home & lifestyle resources to her clients.
