Teresa Liepman, President & CEO of Teresa Sold It, has been in the real estate business for over 17 years and has sold well over 1000 homes. With over a decade of experience, she has been able to offer a wide variety of services to her clients above and beyond other agents. Her experience in business and frequent participation in additional Workshops, Seminars and Training programs, allow her to stay on top of industry trends and strategies. She is a licensed Broker in the states of Texas and Arkansas, a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and is seasoned in Relocation procedures. After building an award winning real estate team, the top producing real estate team in her area, Teresa opened her own brokerage under the brand Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2018. Teresa has earned the ARA Triple Diamond award for Sales Volume in excess of 21 million in a single year; and is frequently among the Top Producing agents in the Texarkana Area, having achieved Top Listing Agent and Most Listings Sold honors by her local Association.
